Being Time Rich Or Time Poor

If you look at your upcoming week are there blocks of free time that you aim to use productively but you’ll most likely waste once they come around?

Or do you see a crowded calendar, with household, family, work and other tasks chipping away at your time, so finding a space to progress anything important doesn’t seem possible?

You are time rich if you answered yes to the first question.

You are time poor if you answered yes to the second.

If you’re a bit of both - consider the questions again while focusing on the parts of your week you hope to utilise.

Pick your challenge

⏳ Time Rich

Your challenge is to create the right structure and pressure so the time you have is hard to waste. Write down your answers to the following:

  1. What do I want to use this time for?
  2. What’s currently stopping me?
  3. How can I give this time a structure?
  4. How can I apply pressure?

⌛️ Time Poor

Your challenge is to find the activities that are stealing your time away and those that could be made more efficient. Write down your answers to the following:

  1. What’s stealing my time?
  2. What do I want to use this time for?
  3. What can I say “no” to right now?
  4. What can I combine, streamline or delegate?
